Mercedes S Class Launch Party
A Leeds Mercedes-Benz dealership was looking for fantastic food and drink to be served to their VIP guests at an exclusive launch party for the new S-Class. The event was held at the branch and was attended by many local celebrities and business people. The brief was to create a canapé menu to reflect the exclusivity of this brand, and befitting the glamorous nature of this launch event. Boutique’s team of chefs created a stylish canapé menu, taking inspiration from the ‘S’ Class theme.
Boutique arranged a reception area and guests were greeted on arrival with a selection of drinks to accompany the canapés. Our professional and impeccable service ensured that guests were well attended throughout the event.

Fox Hayes- Business Lunches
Boutique was approached by Fox Hayes solicitors to provide lunch for partners and their local guests at their offices in Leeds. Boutique devised a bespoke menu using the freshest local and seasonal produce, providing a varied and interesting selection of flavours.
To ensure that Fox Hayes experienced limited interruption Boutique’s service team arrived well in advance to arrange the table and set up the kitchen. Throughout the lunch, Boutique offered a discreet yet efficient service to the diners. Fox Hayes was so impressed by the quality of service and food that they have asked Boutique to organise further lunches to be held on a weekly basis over the next 6 months:

Corporate Property Launch
A Wimbledon theme was served up for guests at a lunchtime corporate property launch. Boutique provided the catering and greeted guests on arrival with traditional Pimms, followed by a classic summer menu; and all by serving staff, dressed head-to-toe in authentic tennis outfits!
To continue with the Wimbledon theme, Boutique used a range of unique serving materials; wooden tennis rackets and trays lined with Astroturf were witty and unique ways in which to display the food.

Business Training Event
A high profile training and networking event required not only the provision of a sophisticated and varied menu, but to find a suitable venue to accommodate sixty clients; Boutique provided both. The client, a financial organisation, required a venue that would provide various breakout rooms for presentation and meetings. Boutique sourced a unique period venue, which not only matched the logistical needs of the event, but was of a look and style befitting of this high profile event.
Boutique managed registration of guests on arrival followed by a warm breakfast with speciality teas and coffees, which remained available throughout the course of the morning. At lunchtime a buffet was available for guests to enjoy, with a menu devised to accommodate the varying dietary requirements of all the guests.

Luxury Packed Lunches
An existing client approached Boutique to provide a lunch option for a team away day to York races. The task was to offer an alternative to the usual corporate hospitality option and instead to provide a high quality and practical packed lunch. Boutique devised a diverse selection of lunches; each were packed in chilled containers, each containing a miniature bottle of champagne, water, silverware and napkin.

Kirkstall Abbey Launch
250 guests, including local architects, press and council representatives enjoyed an evening celebrating the re-launch of Kirkstall Abbey to the public. Boutique provided a range of services for this open-air event, which included a speciality drink to all guests on arrival- a Boutique Bramble Bellini, a twist on the traditional Bellini, and an excellent alternative to reflect the time of year and locality.
To accompany the drinks guests were served a selection of bespoke canapés, which again were designed to compliment the English Heritage theme of the event.

Summer BBQ
Boutique was asked to devise a suitable summer party for our clients family and friends to share enjoyment of his new home: a barbecue was chosen as the perfect solution. Chefs were onsite throughout the event to cook everything fresh for guests to enjoy. Boutique provided all tables and chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware. A cocktail bar was set up, with a professional ‘mixologist’ creating a range of sumptuous cocktails.
The menu was designed to offer a choice of old favourites together with a selection of more contemporary dishes.

Awards Dinner
400 guests were catered for this prestigious awards dinner, Boutique provided a mobile catering kitchen, tables and chairs, mobile bar, staff and, as always, fantastic food.
On arrival guests were greeted with a bespoke cocktail- an Eastern Promise ( Champagne and Lychee Syrup), providing a refreshing alternative to the predictable Bucks Fizz.
Our team of chefs developed the menu, utilising the finest ingredients and ensuring that it was appropriate for the large number of guests.

Marks and Spencer Store Opening
Boutique has been involved with a number of store openings, for this prominent UK brand, providing a whole host of services, including handmade invitations, canapés using M&S products, a champagne reception and a style team to work with our service staff and hostesses. Guest included members of the press, the public and the business world.
